What each record contains
Depending on the package, records may include the registered business name, GSTIN, registered address, city, state, business email, phone number, and owner or contact name. The exact fields and coverage are shown on each state and city product page.
How records are prepared
- Business records are structured by state and city for territory-based discovery.
- Blank, malformed, and unusable location rows are excluded from the catalogue.
- Duplicate or inconsistent values are cleaned where they can be identified.
- GST registration details are checked against the source data available during the latest refresh.
Freshness and limitations
Business details, phone numbers, email addresses, and registration status can change after a dataset is prepared. A record being present does not guarantee that a contact channel remains active or that a business will respond. Validate important records before sending a campaign, and do not describe the data as government-approved or guaranteed accurate.
Responsible use
Use the data only for lawful B2B purposes. Buyers are responsible for respecting consent, privacy, telecom, anti-spam, and do-not-disturb requirements that apply to their campaigns, including applicable TRAI/DND guidance.
